Run the driver (you will be asked for administrator privileges) and you get this dialog:

Select the COM port your gps is attached to and its speed. Note that you perhaps have to experiment with various baud rates. If you do not own a GPS hardware, you can use the "Simulation" method.

Press "Install" and the driver is installed :

Then , enable the sensor when asked:

If the driver is installed correctly, you should see data in the dialog:

If you do not see valid data, uninstall the driver then try with a different baud speed and/or COM port.
