Windows Version To get proper executables.
Unique CLSID Key This is automatically generated. Make sure that Javascript is enabled.
Why are you interested? A short description of what you expect from Turbo Play, your needs, your qualifications etc. I can only give TP for testing to people that qualify for testing.
Your hardware Include sound cards, MIDI controllers, hardware clocks etc. This will help me test TP in many devices.
IM Account MSN or Skype account, so we can talk live. Note that I require direct communication from my beta testers.

You will receive my response with a special beta-tester license.

Note that I require beta testers to be responsive and to frequently communicate with me to fix bugs. If you are not willing to help in beta testing, this is not for you.
If you vanish, so will your license.
