Monitoring
Turbo Play will normally want you to create links to an audio file to record stuff , but sometimes you will just want to record what is currently heard from the output, without bothering to create audio tracks for recording.
The "Record What you hear" button in the Transporter does exactly that. It creates a temporary directory which saves, in raw files, everything that is output to your ASIO drivers or MIDI out drivers. After you toggle the feature off, a directory is opened with the recorded files which you can hear, import , or delete.
Important Note: You should not use the "What you hear" feature for normal recording, because it is not optimized for good quality. Use the normal audio track recording by using the Track Manager and the Visual Linker to achieve the best quality and optimization.
